Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair to both our guests and our guides.If you cancel your tour at least 15 days before its scheduled start time, you will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable card-processing fee of 2.1% plus 20p.For example, if you paid £400, the card-processing fee would be £8.60 and your refund would be £391.40.Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. This is because the date has been reserved exclusively for you and we may be unable to accept another booking at short notice.All cancellation deadlines are calculated according to UK local time.
